PROCESS
🔶 STEP 1 - Signing up
Before you use the address on the page, sign up on our website.
Check with us directly if there is a storage space available. We will provide you with your space code through Kakaotalk, What's app or email.

🔶 STEP 2 - Package arrival
When you package arrives at warehouse we send one picture of it on the message app you contacted us with.
🔶 STEP 3 - Warehouse charge
The warehouse rental will be counted the day of your first package arrival at warehouse. Payment can be made in the warehouse charge category of our website. You can choose between 15 days and 30 days rental.
🔶 STEP 4 - Shipping your items
To ship your package you need to make a shipping request through our website. Repackage takes around 2-3 days, so please be patient. We will send you a shipping invoice and wait for your payment to ship your package.
⚠ Payment should be done within 2 weeks when you receive shipping invoice. Without any notice within this time period you will get penalties for your next request.

Ontact Korea offer 2 types of rent options
🔶 Short term*
15 days - 21 $ / 27,000 KRW
🔶 Long term
30 days (a month) - 32 $ / 38,000 KRW
* 15 days If a user changes to a month, apply again at a rate of 15 days or a month. ex> 15days + 15days = $21 + $21 = $42(not $32)
⚠ All items stored more then 5 days after rental service expiration will
be discarded. Renewal notice should
be made at least 3 days before expiration date or you will get penalties for your next service request.
