Custom order is for customers who wants to order in korean websites but face difficulty with language or payment. We help them purchase items, check item condition and quantity at arrival and upload pictures for customer to check it. 

To make an order you have to fill up our order form with buying link, item name, quantity, options and price. If you are searching for a special item but don't know which shop to buy to from you can send us a message we will give guide you.

Once you made the order, our team will process it and prepare invoice. Please note according to warehouse activity it can take 1 or 2 business days to process it. If you know the sale soldout fast please contact us beforehand so we can prepare for it. We don't order before getting payment so you must be prepared to complete invoice payment.

⚠ Making an order with us doesn't secure item. Item is secured only when we reply to your order with an order number.

Once payment is made we make the order. If we have any problem with sold out, item or quantity we will contact you and check together for refund ways.

According to sales, delivery could be made really late so please be aware of what you are purchasing.

Once we complete order we will provide an order number for you to keep. This number is very useful to check order pictures and request for its shipping.

When your packages arrive at warehouse, we open them and take pictures of the content. This picture will then be uploaded in the 'check order' section of our website under the order number we gave. This allow our customer to check items conditions and quantities.

Items will then be stored in your space until you request for shipping.
